促进北卡三角区、卡罗莱纳两个州，乃至全美多元文化发展，促进中美文化、艺术、教育交流，促进青少年文化认同和全面发展，为青少年提供新闻报道和媒体运作辅导和实践机会等。
Promote the development of multiculturalism in the North Carolina Triangle area, across the Carolinas, and throughout the United States; foster cultural, artistic, and educational exchanges between China and the U.S.; support youth in building cultural identity and achieving well-rounded development; and provide young people with guidance and practical opportunities in news reporting and media operations.
